If you would like to contribute by check so we can keep your entire contribution, you may mail a check to 1000 Whitlock Ave. Suite 320, Marietta, Georgia 30064. Checks should be made out to the Committee to Elect Titus Nichols.
Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution complies with the provisions of the Ethics in Government Act, O.C.G.A. Sec 21-5-30, et seq.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
The above reference to the Ethics in Government Act should be construed as a reference to the former Act, current Chapter 5 of Title 21 of the Georgia Code, in its entirety.
